Who Should Apply?

Universities that meet the eligibility criteria, particularly those in low- and middle-income countries, are encouraged to apply. If your institution is committed to integrating the Energy Transition Show into its curriculum and providing students with the latest insights into energy policy, technology, and innovation, we invite you to submit your application today.

A university is automatically eligible for our grant program licenses if it meets any one of the following criteria:

To receive a grant license, universities must demonstrate a strong commitment to using the license effectively:

  • At least one professor at the university must indicate they are interested in using the show as a teaching tool, in which courses they plan to use it, and how they plan to use it.
  • Once a campus is selected to receive a grant license, before the grant license is awarded, professors who plan to use the show must submit a roster of students to be initially enrolled under the license.

Note: Preference will be given to universities that demonstrate a strong potential for continued use and renewal of the license beyond the initial grant period.

Award Selection Process

  • A limited number of grant licenses will be awarded under this program, so you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
  • Our standard campus license is typically granted for a one-year term. After the grant license term ends, standard university license fees would apply.
  • Please allow up to 8 weeks for your application to be reviewed and to receive a response.
  • Grant licenses will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Energy Transition Show. All decisions are final.
