How It Works
Energy Transition Show Global South Grant Program - Terms and Conditions
-
Grant Program Overview
The Energy Transition Show Global South Grant Program provides a limited number of licenses to selected organizations across three application streams. The grant offers access to a standard Energy Transition Show license for a standard term of one year (12 months) from the license start date.
-
Eligibility and Selection
Submission of an application does not imply or guarantee automatic selection for the grant program. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and grants are awarded based on the eligibility criteria outlined on our website, application stream requirements, and the availability of funds. Priority is given to Stream 1 applications.
-
License Term
The standard term for the license granted under this program is one year (12 months) from the selected start date. At the end of this term, the license will expire unless renewed. If the organization wishes to continue access after the grant period, standard license fees would apply. In select cases, multi-year grants may be available if there's a strong use case.
-
Use of License
The granted license is intended for use by authorized members of the organization, including staff, faculty, students, and researchers, in accordance with the Energy Transition Show's standard license terms. The license is provided for educational and research purposes only. The license cannot be transferred, resold, or used for commercial purposes. Usage must comply with the Energy Transition Show's standard license terms and conditions.
-
Renewal and Continuation
Organizations are encouraged to plan for potential renewal beyond the initial grant period. While the initial grant license is free, continued access beyond the one-year term may require a standard subscription fee.
-
Application Review and Notification
Applicants will be notified of their application status via the contact information provided. Selected organizations will receive further instructions regarding the activation of their license. Please allow up to 8 weeks for your application to be reviewed and for a response to be provided.
